Our TIPS
Drain the contents of the bag in a saucepan. Stir in 625 ml of cold water, stirring with a whipped; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In the microwave: Remove the contents of the bag in a suitable container. Incorporate 625 ml of cold water, stirring with a Whip. Do not cover. Cook at maximum power until the sauce is boiling, stirring with a Whip after each minute. Then cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Mix well before serving.

Poutine sauce is traditionally used on fries by adding cheese grain (Cheddar) which will melt delicately on the whole dish... More than a national dish... A real treat!
