The pancake mix is ready to use and yields eight pancakes:
150 g pancake mix
25 cl milk
one egg

Extra Information
The word Pancakes, comes from the English “pan” the sort used on a stove, and “cake”. It is a type of crêpe, that has come to Europe straight from North America.
Usually served as breakfast, this crêpe is much thicker than a classic crêpe, and does not exceed more than 10 or 12 cm in diameter.
They are traditionally eaten with a pure maple syrup, but there a many ways to prepare and serve pancakes.
